You will need:

Paper Selection For Coloring With Paper Roses

The black paper I use for the outlines is linked in the materials list.

Roses come in so many colors.  So use your paper scrap bin up!  Even patterns can be used as long as you are careful with the size of the pattern.  Your only limit is your imagination!

Cutting the Coloring with Paper Roses

Cut the outline from black cardstock.

Cut out the various pieces from paper scraps in your scrap bin. You will need to cut the project once for every color in your final product I used the bigger scraps from my scrap bin. You can cut multiple colors on the same mat if you want.

Assembling Your Coloring with Paper Roses

First, stick the outline to the contact paper and re-cover it with the protective backing paper.

Now start placing the various pieces on the outline with the tweezers.

DO NOT TOUCH THE STICKY SHEET WITH YOUR FINGERS

When all the open spaces are filled, check to make sure all the paper is secure.  Press the protective sheet over everything and press sorta hard.  Anything that seems loose, glue down with the liquid glue and let dry for at least 30 minutes.

Lastly, with scissors cut around the outside leaving as much of the outside black line as you can.  Make sure to not cut off the antennas.

And your Coloring with Paper Roses are done!  Use the piece as you like.  I used mine to make this card along with some washi tape.
