Cutting the Card
This card looks best if made with solid colors. Vellum can be used for the backing and the mustache if you want but cardstock must be used to hold the writing.
Start by cutting the vellum. You can do this by hand or I put a square in the cricut file. When cutting it on the cricut, make sure that it is sealed tight to the mat. Vellum can be difficult to cut. Any air bubbles or slightly less sticky spots will cause the vellum to rip. If you don’t want to use vellum, plain cardstock will do.
Cut the card base and the cricut will do the writing. I used a blue pen. If you want to change what the card says, that can easily be done before cutting.
Assembling the Card
Glue the vellum or cardstock to the inside of the base. Put the glue on the cut out side so no glue gets on the backing where the holes are. and Then glue the panel with the writing down.
And you’re done. Enjoy.
