Is Access for Cricut Design Space Really Worth it?

I would recommend it to anyone who uses Design Space. At last count Access had over 75,000 images and a whole lot of fonts.  And they are always adding more. As you already know, I am a fontaholic. That means whatever graphic or font you are looking for, Access probably has something close to what you want.

The Plans

At the present there are 3 plans. The first bills monthly at $9.99. If nothing else you can try it for a month or two and see just how terrific it is. The second plan is $95.88 per year billed annually. Totally worth it. The third plan is $119.88 billed annually. It has several additional perks like 50% off savings on licensed fonts, images, and ready‑to‑make projects. Also free economy shipping on orders over $50. If you plan to buy supplies from Cricut this plan pay for itself quickly. Have you priced shipping lately?

When I am starting a new project is makes it so easy to tell which graphics and fonts are included. Cricut puts a little green flag on the corner of whatever is included. And one of the filters lets you select access included graphics when you search.  So it won’t show you graphic you have to pay extra for.

Who uses Access

Designers like myself, Melody Lane and others, who create projects for others and share them through the Design Space link. They know that their designs are available and usable by everyone who has Access. If you don’t have access they will charge you to make the project for each graphic you don’t own. But it is a small amount (usually about $1) however at least you can look at the project.
